Fantastic work by Chris yesterday! He came by on a Saturday (as I work Mon-Fri) just to take a look at my exhaust fan! I was turned down by so many others I called as it was too little of a job to do on the weekend. Chris understood my situation and arrived on time. He explained the issue and offered me a quote I could not refuse! He went ahead and replaced my exhaust fan the same day. I am a very satisfied customer!

I found The Local Electrician online, they had plenty of good reviews so I thought I'd give them a shot. I sent an online request and received a call from Helen within minutes. The booking process was smooth and simple.Chris called me on the day of the appointment to let me know that he is on the way and will be here shortly. He was on time and very friendly. The quotes were very fairly priced and so I chose to go ahead with the work. They used high end products for all the works and provided a detailed invoice and warranty on completion.Overall, they operate fantastically and I am happy I chose them.

I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Chris from the local electrician today. I called Helen this morning and was hoping to get someone out today to replace a few of my ceiling fans. We had a lovely chat and she sent out Chris who was very friendly and an overall pleasure to deal with. He gave me a quote which I was beyond happy with and proceeded with my work. The work was done with the utmost care and quality. You could just tell how much he loves what he is doing! He left me with 3 new ceiling fans and a very happy wife! Thank you Chris you are fantastic

I needed a few power points replaced as they were getting old and loose. I contacted Helen from the Local Electrician yesterday who said I will have a technician by the name of Chris attending my property this morning. Chris arrived within the designated time frame and phoned about a half hour before arrival. He went through each of my concerns and gave me a quote for each. He was very professional and extremely courteous. I choose to go ahead with all the work and it was completed perfectly. I am a very happy customer and look forward to working with him again :)

My father was in need of a stove replacement and contacted 3 electricians for a quote, one of them being The Local Electrician. He had the pleasure of meeting Chris who he felt the most comfortable with. Chris' quote was not only cheaper than the other 2 but he also offered to use the products of greatest quality. He immediately went ahead and Chris organised for the installation to take place the next day. He was extremely happy with the work and the customer service of Chris and asked me to express his gratitude through this review. We have also scheduled to meet with Chris for quotes on a few things we need done around the house and are very excited to meet him on Monday

I had lost all power and contacted the local electrician where I got in touch with Helen. She listened carefully to my issues and sent out Chris who was here within 30 minutes. He examined my issue and diagnosed the fault almost right away. He gave me a very fair quote and proceeded to restore my power. He used quality materials and I can definitely say the same about his work! They are a fantastic team and I would not hesitate to use them again

I lost all power to my house today and since my husband is away on business I had no idea what to do! I phoned multiple companies who were charging ridiculous call out fees (some over $149 at only 9am!!). Eventually I got a called Helen who provided me a service with Chris. He arrived and provided me a few quotes. Not knowing anything about electrical, I called my husband who was shocked at how reasonable his prices were! We chose to go ahead with his work and had our power back in no time. We have thrown away all other magnets and have only kept his.

Spoke with Helen over the weekend who scheduled me in for today with Chris. I had some minor repairs around the house I needed, some power points and some lights replaced. Chris proceed me with individual and detailed quotes for each of the items. He was very friendly, super informative and a pleasure to deal with. I chose to go ahead with the entire quote and am glad I did! His prices were more than fair and his work was immaculate. Thank you Helen for organising such an amazing electrician. I wish there were more tradies like him!

I called Helen for an emergency hot water issue. Our tank had burst and we needed someone out as soon as possible! Helen was very informative and professional. She organised for Chris to attend within the hour. He examined the tank in detail and provided me with a few options. I chose to go ahead with the replacement. He returned later that afternoon and installed a new tank for me. We are very happy with the quality of his work, their professional and overall service by the entire company!

Chris did a solid job today! Came out to my property on time so I wasn't late to my appointments and gave me a courtesy call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival he properly investigated the issue and provided me with 3 possible solutions (whereas the previous company I had called went straight for the most expensive!). I gave him the job right away and it was completed within the next few hours! I was so happy with him I asked him to come back tomorrow to quote on some other things I'd like done around the house

We had an issue with an old wooden electrical pole that was rotting and needed replacing urgently. I contacted several electricians and after 2 weeks was still waiting for quotes.I contacted "The Local Electrician" and they arrived the very next day and provided me with a quote on the spot which I was quite happy to accept.The work was completed within 3 business days.I was quite impressed with their professionalism, punctuality and quality of workmanship. Tex and his team did a great job and completed it promptly without any fuss.This is a seven out of five rating. Excellent ++++

After having so many bad experiences with tradies in the past I researched online and found that the local electrician stands out greatly compared to everyone else. I called them and scheduled a booking expecting another disappointment. To my surprise a lovely gentleman named Chris phoned me to let me know he will be arriving in approximately 30 minutes (no previous companies bothered to do that). I explained all the work I needed and he went through each individually explaining what needs to be done and my options. He was very thorough and professional. Once I accepted the quote, he continued with the work immediately and did a spectacular job. Thank you Chris for restoring my faith in electricians!!

I received a defect notice I did not understand at all! I immediately called the local electrician looking for a level 2 technician to help. Chris came out the same day and explained in detail what the problem is and how it needs to be rectified. He organised everything and completed and rectified the defect the same day so happy with Chris and the team

Early last week we contacted the local electrician due to some switchboard issues. We were assisted amazingly by Helen who sent out the amazingly professional electrician Chris! He explained the benefits of upgrading my switchboard and after getting a few other opinions and not only was their quote the cheapest but also the professionalism I had encountered by the team was on a whole other level! We had some switches tripping this morning and did a quick search on google. After seeing so many positive reviews I called the local electrician. Chris came out this morning and did an immaculate job pinpointing the problem and replacing the faulty power point. He was straight forward and honest. I phoned the local electrician this morning at 630am due to an emergency power failure. Chris arrived at my house around 730am and to my surprise diagnosed and repaired my problem by 10am! I was still able to go about my day and continue working from home without missing out on too much. Very reliable and efficient electrician!

My elderly father and I are very happy with the work carried out by Chris at his apartment today. He did an amazing job. Explained the work to my father and then called me to let me know of the situation as well before doing any work as I made the booking for my father. He was very courteous and did outstanding work. I called yesterday and spoke to Helen to organise an electrician for some level 2 work. Chris communicated very well and called to advise me when he was on the way. When he arrived he assessed the work and provided a fair price. Once approved he went on to do the work and cleaned up after himself when done. 10/10 service

Spoke to Helen on Sunday and booked Chris to attend to my tenanted property today. He helped her resolve her hot water issue and had it running in to time.
